Who's Behind This
I'm Lynn Matson, and I spent 20+ years as a controller for multi-million dollar companies, managing teams of 10 to 40 people. I know what good systems look like from the inside.
But I also know that the real reason most businesses stay stuck isn't a lack of tools or information. It's fear, overwhelm, or a deeply held belief that “nobody can do it like I do.”
That's why I built the Business Vitals Assessment to address both — the operational reality and the human reality. I don't just look at what's broken. I look at why it hasn't been fixed yet.
Most consultants treat symptoms. I treat root causes — including fear of delegation, identity tied to being indispensable, and the paralysis that comes from not knowing where to start.
